Getting started is easy! Just fill out the trip inquiry form that best fits your travel style—whether it’s a group trip, dream getaway, or travel deal. Once your form is submitted, we’ll review your details and reach out to schedule a consultation to bring your vision to life.

The earlier, the better—especially for group trips, peak season travel, or international getaways. We recommend starting at least 3–6 months in advance to secure the best rates, availability, and payment plan flexibility. For luxury or large group experiences, even more time is ideal.

Our travel planning fee covers the time, research, and expertise it takes to deliver a seamless, stress-free escape tailored to your needs. Planning fees are separate from trip cost and are not applied to the balance unless a trip credit is offered.

Yes! We offer monthly payment plans and third-party financing (with a soft credit check) to make budgeting easier. A deposit is required to confirm your trip, and the remaining balance can be paid over time based on your selected payment option.

We understand that plans can change. Cancellation and change policies vary depending on your destination, supplier, and travel dates. We'll always review those details with you before booking. Please note that planning fees are non-refundable, and any changes made after booking may be subject to additional fees. If you have travel insurance, you may be eligible for reimbursement depending on your coverage.

We don’t sell travel insurance directly, but we strongly encourage all travelers to protect their investment with coverage. We partner with a trusted insurance provider and will guide you in selecting the right plan for your trip. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you’ll be required to sign a waiver acknowledging that Dreamscape Luxe Travel is not liable for any losses, delays, or emergencies that may occur.
